Abstract— This paper aimed at developing a procedure for the design of PV system for Mobile Tele-communication tower using the Google SketchUp Software. These systems optimize capacity and energy use, improving reliability and efficiency for Telecom Power Systems. The output of this project was also estimated using Google SketchUp software and calculated with PV watts; The design of PV system was done with. . Solar retrofit of existing grid-connected sites pre-equipped with rectifiers: Solar reduces electricity costs (OPEX), provides greater security and keeps the site up and running during prolonged outages. New sites: Off-grid sites with no or limited and intermittent access to grid electricity sites. .
