Do I need a Monaco representative to install a central receiving server?

All Monaco Central Receiving server installations require an authorized Monaco representative. Except as stated in this warranty, Monaco makes no warranty, expressed or implied (either in fact or by operation of law), statutory, or otherwise. All warranties not expressly stated in this document are waived by you.

Can Monaco repair or replace a defective equipment?

Subject to the exceptions and conditions below, Monaco agrees to repair or replace any defect of material or workmanship of equipment manufactured by Monaco that develops within 12 months from the date of delivery but no more than 14 months after date of shipment from Monaco (whichever is earlier), free of charge F.O.B. Spokane, Washington.

What if I need help with my Monaco products?

If the shipping cartons show evidence of rough handling, inspect the equipment carefully for shipping damage. If you find damage, notify the carrier immediately.

What type of wire does Monaco use?

Use, at minimum, 10 AWG copper wire (solid or stranded, bare or insulated). Monaco typically uses 8 AWG copper wire. The grounding conductor does not need to be installed in conduit unless required for mechan-ical protection, but it must be properly supported and run in as straight a line as possible.
